My form has disappeared

    Hello,


    My form has disappeared can you please help me get it back?

    Hi @Grawlins!

    The form you have mentioned belongs to the grawlins72 account. Please log into that account by entering that username (or the associated email) to be able to access the form and all of the submissions. If you have forgotten the password, please follow this guide: How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password and the reset password link will be sent to the g*********@ya***.com email, which is the email associated with that account.

    If you would like, we can also transfer that form and all of its submissions to your newer Grawlins account. You would have to open a separate thread using your old account and make the request.
