How to add the event to the user's calendar - Outlook or Google?

    Hi,

    We are using these forms very successfully. One example is here: https://form.jotform.com/200509168840858

    One thing I am hoping for is once the person submits the form they could then ensure a meeting request hits their calendar - outlook, google etc ?

    With some booking programs it sends a email with a way to add it - is this possible?

    If it is your calendar, you may integrate Google calendar directly to the form. Since you wanted to send it to teh user's calendar, unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment. However, you may try adding the direct calendar link to the event or a predefine .ics file to the email autoresponder which shall be sent to the user.
