How to make the form name confidential?

Are the Names of the Forms confidential to me and people with access to my account, or can everyone see them? 
By everyone, I mean like those who I send the form to.

We have multiple influencers campaigns and we don't want to disclose whether its "paid" or "non paid" to the individual, but it is a way for us on the back end to differentiate the forms

What you can do it you can change the page title of the form but not the form title, which will help you to differentiate the form and will not be visible to the one who has the access to the form link:
