pausing account

    Hello,

After using your service for a few months, we are looking into suspending our account. I know I wouldn't be able to access the data again without paying first. Do you have an option for that? Is there a way to suspend our account and use it again when we need it which won't likely be until September of this year?

Our budget is tight - as a nonprofit, paying for a service we will only use half the year isn't a good option. However, I don't want to delete our account, because I know we will want and use it again and would like to easily duplicate the forms when we do. And even if we just started the forms from scratch, I know that sometimes when you delete accounts, they are hard to re-open with the same e-mail and account info. Hence, why a suspension or close makes better sense. Even if it's a suspension where we are automatically charged monthly again beginning on a certain date (September 1) is something other companies do. I just didn't see the options here, aside from deleting.

    Can you please advise?
    Thanks!

    Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that you have to pause your account due to budget issues. I would suggest to just downgrading your account back to Starter (FREE) to stop being billed for the time being.

Moreover, please note that HIPAA will be disabled as well later on once that account was downgraded.

Here's a guide to cancel your subscription: How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-and-Downgrade-Back-to-Free.

Please let us know if you have further questions.
