Reports from users of failed form submissions

    Since the update to our account at the month payment we have had reports of forms failing for our users. 

    Can you investigate and find our what this issue is.

    This is probably the 10th time we have had to contact the Jotform support team over the past few months with issues from upgrading or downgrading our account.

    If this is not sorted in the next few days we will be taking our business elsewhere for the processing of forms

    Hello @ANSMA - I believe that this seems to be a similar concern with what you posted on these threads below:

    I think the root cause is with the card you used being declined when upgrading, the reason why the account has been downgraded to FREE.

    And because of FREE subscription's limits, receiving and storing submissions have been affected.
