    Hi,

    The jot form account belongs to the above password has been blocked. Can you please release it? Also. let us know the cause for the block.

    I activated your account. I was locked because of too many failed login attempts. 

    You can log in with the username or account email address. If you forgot the password, you can reset it. 

    How to reset JotForm account password

    The password reset email will be sent to the account email address, which is s*****t@we***********ms.com

    Please try to fix account suspended issue.. twice suspended in 24 hrs
