Other Employee to get response form once the JOTForm is filled

Hi,

Is there a way, once an employee fills up the form to set for someone else to get a notification and to receive the response?

For example, if the employee fills up a Jot Form, is there a way for his line manager to receive a copy of the employees response? but we dont want to add the manager on the recipients email on the setting as they will not need to see all the responses.

Yes, it is possible to have an email be sent to an employee's manager after the form is submitted. To do this, you can set up an email field in the form that is meant for the employee's manager and then attach this email field to an Autoresponder email. This will send the response of one employee to only the specified manager.

You may also consider having a dropdown field where employees can select who their manager is and use that field to send emails to the specific managers.
