Missing form

    Dear Jotform,

    I am a corporate user. The form that was generated and was changing folder and owner has disappeared. It is not in my personal folder or in the shared one of the organization. Is it normal to lose your job like this? What I can do?

    The form you shared is located on the account omnium.

    The form is not located in any folder on the main account and because of that, you do not see it in the folders that are shared with your sub-account. You need to tell the owner of the main account to move the form to one of the folders that are shared with your account.
