Switch to the new version in submissions page doesn't work

    I was able to switch the old submission page to the new submission page, so maybe you have a browser cache issue?

    Please check your form submission page and let us know if it now works as expected.

    HI! I have the issue again and it is quite urgent! I tried clearing my browser cache - and tried with both Edge and Chrome but nothing works!

    I think the reason you can't click the switch button is the form title. However, there is a way to click the button.

    thank you so much. Also, while I have you: I can't seem to download some of the files - when I open the excel file they're empty.
