Allow excel report to be accessed by other users

Hallo,

Hoe kan ik een excel-rapport door derden zichtbaar maken?

Ik kan een link aanmaken van de excel lijst en wens deze door te sturen naar een derde die dan eveneens de lijst kan raadplegen (= aantal inschrijvingen voor een bepaalde aktiviteit bv).

De link is wel leesbaar op een PC waar JotForm is op  geïnstaleerd maar anderen niet.

Hello Catherine - You can use the following workarounds:

GRID REPORT - This will allow you to generate a URL that when accessed, a GRID REPORT will be shown with all the submission data in it. You can also password-protect it.

Here's an example URL - https://www.jotform.com/grid/200505227442040

Thanks for your reation.
I was already abble to create an Exell report and URL.
My problem is that when I send the URL to another person he can’t open the exell (You’re not authorized) , while my college and I are able to open it.

In order for other people to see and download data from your account, you need to change the settings for it in your account settings.

You can click on your profile image in the upper right corner, and click the Settings link. Once there, please uncheck Require log-in to see submissions under the Privacy section to allow everyone to see the submitted data:

Furthermore, please make sure the Require log-in to see submissions is not checked. Require log-in to view uploaded files option is for data submitted in the form, and not the submission itself.
