We are using a authorize.net in our registration form and when clients process the form with a credit card payment they see a blank screen, the payment is not processed and the from is not submitted.
This form has been active for a few days without any issues and then the above problem began.
Please advise on how to correct this error.

I tried a test card in your form and the authorize.net payment seem to be working since it was declined my test card.
I also cloned your form here and tested it on sandbox mode and it's working as expected. I can see the thank you page after submitting the form. Example:

Thank you for your help. I did a test submission and it seems to be working. is there something that might have caused this problem? What should I do if it occurs again?
