How can the customer get confirmation when form is completed?

    When done one completed our form we currently get an email confirmation. Can you point me to how the customer gets one back as well?

    Hello JohnLaurino,

    The great news is Jotform has the option to send an Autoresponse Email to every user that submitted a form.

     

    You can set up the Autoresponse under the form settings:

    Remember to set up the email that is going to sent the confirmation so the user is going to get a copy of the data they have submitted on your form:
