Hi,
I need to reset my password as I don't remember the original one. I clicked the forgot password button and it said an email was sent to busykidsplay@gmail.com but I never received it. I checked the spam folder also and nothing was in there. I tried this 3 times and still no email.

The email you provided is associated with a deleted account. I activated the deleted account and it is now in good status.
