Missing submissions in Google Sheets

    Hi,

    When we do integration with Google Sheet, some information are missing? how to solve this, we can see all the records in Jot form but some records are not visible in Google Sheet

    I've reviewed the form's submissions but could not find any submission.

    Did you just delete it? Unfortunately, I cannot trace nor can I put back the missing submissions to your sheets since there's nothing already on your form.

    Or are you instead referring to another form? Please share to us the form URL.

    Our apologies for the incovenience. Unfortunately, since you have already deleted your submissions, I can no longer help in tracing or putting it back to your Google Sheets.

    On the other hand, please note that any changes within your Google Sheets may break the integration, as such, please refrain from doing any edits within the sheets.

    Should you face the same issue, please remove the integration and re-integrate. This should put all your submissions in the newly integrated sheets.
