Could you please share more details about your question so we can assist you properly?

You can create a Fillable PDF that can collect data and signatures in JotForm. You can also customize the PDF Document format to the way you want or to your own preferences.

I used a google form to collect my data. I then used autocrat within Sheets to create a PDF. I would now like to email that PDF to a customer and have a place for him to sign.

    Thank you for your reply.

If you have an already filled PDF file and wish to add a signature to the PDF, unfortunately, you are not able to do that with JotForm. For this, you can use a service like DocuSign.

Alternatively, you can create a new form, attach your PDF to the form using PDF Embedder and add one of our signature widgets. This will create a new submission and you will have to change the PDF file every time you wish someone to sign it.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Is there an automated way to execute your suggestion? "Alternatively, you can create a new form, attach your PDF to the form using PDF Embedder and add one of our signature widgets. I'm afraid that it's only possible to change the PDF file on the widget manually, alternatively, you may add multiple widgets to your form, as needed, each one with the different PDF files and then allow the user to ask which file they want to sign, conditionally show it and ask them for signature.

You may use a drop down to ask for the document they will sign, this guide will help setting up the conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

    I hope this helps.
