Creating Widget Fails: ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT

    When opening a form with our widget, the below error occurs and the widget's script fails. I believe the error is happening when we try to get a form field's value from inside the widget.

    Please try to disable AdBlock extension or addons on your browser.
