Filling out form

Hi I was filling out a form for financing for window cleaning resource items and on the form I need a business name and tax number. If I am starting out I do not have that information available. Is there a way around this?

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your response, after checking the form template the fields for Business Legal Name and Federal Tax ID (EIN) are mandatories.

In this particular case, just the owner of the form can advise you on how to proceed with the pending field, my recommendation is to contact him directly via phone or contact form if they have enabled it.
