Divide submissions based upon payment type

I have a form that will have 2 different payment types.

1.Cash/Account

2.Credit Card

Cash/Account - I would like the submission to end with a Thank You page and a confirmation email with instructions/information on payment arrangements 

Credit - I would like to have an instructions page once submitted and the user directed to a third party payment site (not integrated with JotForm yet). I would still get a confirmation, but the user will be directed to pay for what they just submitted. 

Is this possible?

Yes, you can easily achieve this. You should just use "Change Thank you page" type of conditions. So, you will redirect your users based on their answers on the form.
