Session email goes to our Jotform account and not the user

    We experience the same problem as bondapp147 - the email goes to our Jotform account and not the user.

    To which form is your issue related to? Please provide us the form URL. 

    Where to Find My Form URL?

    Is your user filling and saving the form or are you doing it for the user? If you are filling and saving the form, the email is sent to your account email address because you are logged into your account. If you are logged into your account the session email will always be sent to your email address and not to the email address you entered inside of the Email field.

    You should log out from your account and try again.
