Assign form with new feature

    Ok so I have read the exciting news about assigning forms.  Question do users see only the forms we share with them?  Will the see only their submitted forms or will they see all the forms submitted?  Do they need the app or will they need a jot form account to see forms assigned?  Will we need to give them our log in information to use the assign forms feature?

    Thank you for reaching out to us to inquire about our new feature - Assign Forms.

    This new feature is available on Web, iOS, and Android.

    The users will only see the forms you assign to them. You can also set the permissions for each assignee.

    Your assignees also need to have a Jotform account, if they don't they will be required to create one after clicking the link on the notification email that they are assigned to a form.

    Ok easy enough but how many forms can I send to an employee if I have an account and I create 10 different forms can they all be shared with my employees or will you force them to buy an account.  If so I dont think I can use this feature.

    The assignees do not need paid accounts.

    However, please note that the number of form submissions (entries) that you can receive, depends on your Jotform plan.

    With the free plan, you will be able to receive up to 100 form submissions per month.
