Formatting conditional logic

    Is it possible to format data inputted from one field into another?  Specifically if inputting text (list of names inputted) is it possible for them too appear in a bulleted list?


    In the example below I am trying to find a way for the {candidatesBeing} to be in a bulleted list.


    I, {evaluator}, at Station {typeA}, on {date} do hereby certify that:

    {candidatesBeing}

    have satisfactorily demonstrated the skill requirements of the following annual competencies:

    {input13}
