I need the feature ''Number of payment''into subscription but didn't see

The feature should be there as explain into tutorial, but i didn't see it into my form. 

I need to receive donation like this form, but have difficulty to create it with Jotform. It is possible tu use button instead of radio button for ''Unique'' and ''Mensuel''

I see you are using PayPal Express.

Instead of using Sell Products, please choose Sell Subscriptions in order to specify number of payments.
