Question about a form

hi, i would like to use your product, i would just like to know if it fits my needs beforehand. ill try to explain my need as best as i can.

i would like to have a form that i can place at the entrance to my website that would ask, say for example, a customer's order number from a third party site, and only after entering a valid order number will the customer have access to the website. understandably i will have to enter the order number (or whatever information is needed to match) beforehand.
