Is it possible to pause subscription?

I am located in Maryland and they have closed all nonessential businesses so unfortunately I am out of work. Is there any way I can defer my payment for this month?

Kindly be informed that we, unfortunately, do not have a way to pause or postpone any subscriptions.

However, please note that you can always downgrade and get refunded, if your account meets refund policy and conditions, then upgrade again once you need to use our services.
