Renewing Form Stats (Cache Clearing)

    Hola, entiendo que revisé las 100 encuestas del mes pasado. Me dijeron que renovaría el comienzo del próximo mes.

    ¿Puedes decir cómo funciona eso, ya que parece que no se ha reiniciado este mes?

    ¿hay algo que deba hacer?

    Hi ModeloFitness,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with regard to your account's submissions.

    Yes, some of your account's usage will reset on the first of each month like form views and form submissions.

    However, others like the Total Submission Storage and Available Space doesn't refresh. You will need to manually delete submissions in order to free up these usage stats.

    You can check out your stats by going to your Account Settings > Side Bar > Usage.
