I am trying to change the billing to a credit card, but when I click on "change card" it takes me to paypal.com with no options. This seems like a glitch. Please let me know how I can change my billing card.

Hello Brittany,
You have been paying for the subscription on JotForm - Premium monthly via the PayPal payment method. That is why, when you click on the Change credit card option, it is taking you to PayPal. It is not a glitch.

You can cancel your subscription on your PayPal account and we will downgrade your account back to the free account. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription
After that, you can upgrade your account using your Credit Card.
