    Hello Jamie - If you're referring to this account: Sunrisept, I have flushed the login attempts to it. Please try logging in again.

    In case you forgot the password, you can always reset by following this guide on How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password.

    Yes, I can now sign on properly. But what happened to our account? We did not have 5 wrong attempts to get into account? Was someone trying to break into our account? Sorry about all the messages. We couldn't see that the tickets we were submitting were actually getting submitted. Just wondering what happened to account.

    I can see on this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/2250781 that you were trying to log in to the account when posting a concern to our forum. That also counts as a login attempt to the account.
