Getting an error when trying to enable offline forms for two of our forms.

We continuously get this same error message for two of our forms, no matter what user tries to make it available for offline ... "An error occurred while downloading form. Please try again later"

Are you referring to this form https://www.jotform.co/form/81488902380866? If not, can you please share to us the form URL?

Also, when does the error occur? Is it after enabling the form in offline forms section? I've tried cloning that form and I was able to select it in offline forms without error.

If you can provide us the steps you took that would be great.
