JotForm Inbox: Possibility to zoom In/Out images that were taken with the Take Photo widget

    Hi,

    Two important questions:

    1) We are using the "take photo" widget in our forms, but do not want to "download" the images when we view them inside of JotForm; is there any way to view the photos up close without downloading them?  Right now, we are zooming in on our computers, but it would be very helpful if they could be viewed similar to files can be viewed when they are uploaded.

    2) When I "search submissions" in an inbox, it does not work – I am trying to simply search by the First & Last Name of a client.  Why would this be?  It says "

You don’t have permission to view submissions.", even though I am the owner and only user on this account and form.

Please advise; I would appreciate an answer as soon as possible.

I was testing a demo form of mine with the Take Photo widget. The image displays in the email successfully.

Please be noted that if you have uploaded images greater than 5 MB then it could not be attached with the email as we have a File size limitation on the attachments.

We will address your second concern in this thread:

    Thanks.

I don't mean viewing the image in the email – I mean viewing the image in the Inbox tab of JotForm.

And sounds good re: my second conern.

It is currently not possible to zoom in and out images that are taken with the Take Photo widget in JotForm Inbox. I will raise your request to our developers. However, please note that we cannot provide you the exact time when and if this will be implemented. If there is any update we will inform you via here.
