HIPAA: Unable to search the submissions via the Inbox

    2) When I "search submissions" in an inbox, it does not work – I am trying to simply search by the First & Last Name of a client.  Why would this be?  It says "

    You don’t have permission to view submissions.", even though I am the owner and only user on this account and form.

     

    Please advise; I would appreciate an answer as soon as possible.

    May we know in which form are you experiencing the issue?

    Are you able to see the submissions in the submission view and in the inbox normally when you open the inbox?

    I am able to see all of the submissions when I open the inbox. However, when I try to search by any field, it gives the same "You don’t have permission to view submissions" message.  I am experiencing this specifically in the "Tax Preparation Intake Form" form.

    Unfortunately, the search function is not compatible with HIPAA accounts, I'm escalating this to our back-end team so in case this is implemented, we will keep you updated via this ticket.

    We are also having the same problem. This was a key part and appeal of sending out the consent forms so that we could quickly search for a completed form when a patient arrives. Please let us know when this feature is updated. Thank you!
