Could not see the google sheet

when i open google sheet from google account i can see it but when i click on this submission icon it shud show you the google sheet but its not.

Nevertheless, please note that if you make any changes within the integrated Google Sheets, it may break the integration. As such, we highly suggest not modifying the sheets at all.
