Hello,
Your service looks great, but I'm not sure if it is what I am needing. I am looking for a way to turn my PDF forms into fillable documents (easy to do using JotForm I see), but then I need to download the fillable version to my computer, and then re-upload it to my Electronic Health Record (EHR) System to send the forms to my clients over their secure client portal. I know JotForm offers HIPAA-compliant submissions, but I really need to have this all done through my EHR.
I hope this makes sense... The process I want is this: I upload a PDF to JotForm > I make it into a fillable form > I download that form to my computer > I then upload the fillable form from my computer's documents into my EHR program > I send the fillable PDF to my clients via their client portal > Clients complete the form and resubmit it to me via the client portal.
Basically, I would ONLY be using JotForm to create the fillable PDF form. I just need it to also work when I send it through the client portal. Let me know if this is something that JotForm can do, thanks!

Please note that this would be possible only when you create a PDF form on JotForm. Please check this related guide on how to create a PDF form - https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form
After creating the PDF form, you can download it which will be a fillable one.
