how to pause the account or put in standby?

    Hola buen día, quisiera ver la manera de poner en pausa la cuenta, ya que por el momento estamos cerrados por la situación de COVID para que no se haga el cargo a la cuenta

    Hello, good day, I would like to see how to pause the account or put in standby since at the moment we are closed due to the situation of COVID I do not want to continue to charge my account

    Please note that there is no option to put account on standby. If you won't be using JotForm services in the meantime, the best option is to cancel the subscription. You can upgrade again when your business resumes.

    If this works out for you, you may cancel the Bronze monthly subscription from your PayPal account.

    Your data and forms will remain secure in your JotForm account.

    Hi,

    Did a test of a time slot booking form using iphone and we could not get past the page 'Review and Submit'.

    It was good on Android though.

    What's stopping us?
