"Payment error, please select one product."

    Hi there,

     I am trying to set up a jotform (in Italian) and I have integrated the Paypal payments widget into my PayPal biz account.

    I have set up a dummy 0.1 Euros payment to test it live.

    Unfortunately after clickin on the "Pay with Paypal" button I get the error "Payment error, please select one product.".

    Such error does not make sense as I have created the product and I also see in the TOTAL ("Importo Totale" in Italian) that there is a 0.1 Eur balance to be paid.

    I am at loss here, any help would be appreaciated.

    I did check your form and it seems you have added product in PayPal checkout payment tool but you have not integrated it with your Paypal account. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please connect payment tool with your PayPal account and then test your form again.

    Do get back o us if the issue persists.

    Hi,

     I had set up the connection before but it did not work. I tried again this morning and ti works!

    Now I have another couple of questions:

    - how can I change the copy of the confirmation text to Italian (see image below)?

    and is there a way to collect the payment immediately without waiting for the user to complete the submission? I fear a lot of users might drop out without completing the order...
