Order ID is missing from the form error

    Hello My clients keep getting an error when they complete my application form. https://form.jotform.com/200671900667152 When they choose to pay later then they don't get the error. The error is only when they choose to "pay now by credit card." I looked at the ther Jot forms and I tried troubleshooting based on those answers but none of those options worked . I hope you can help ASAP since this is for summer registration which is happening now!

    Hi - Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I have tried sending a test submission to your form but wasn't able to replicate the issue.

    Kindly note that "Order ID is missing" error is usually caused by PayPal not being integrated correctly. I, however, can see that it's now connected on your form.

    Could you please confirm if the issue persists? I have also cleared your form cache as a precaution.
