How link the form to a data sheet?

    Good night,

    I would like to automatically transfer the data to a spreadsheet. Is there a way to link the form to a spreadsheet? 

    If yes, can you please recommend the best program I can use.

    2. How can I remove the auto-complete from each field? The information previously inputted is appearing in a new form.

    You can have a copy of your submissions in Google Sheet. To link your form to it, kindly refer to this detailed guide: How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets
