I need to reduce the range of writable dates and verify the the date format

inside my form I have, in two different "multi line question" pages, three date fields very important for my form because I need to:

- reduce the range of the writable dates inside the 2020

- verify the format of the field that has to be a date (dd/mm/yyyy or dd-mm-yyyy)

can you help me?

I have checked your form and could not find any date field. Here is a guide to restrict or limit the date range in the date picker fields https://www.jotform.com/help/337-How-to-Use-the-Date-Limits-Option

You can set the date format in Properties > Options

The "date" field is inside a "Multi-line Question field" for example the one on page 8 with the label "DATA FATTURA"

Unfortunately, I was not able to locate any fields labeled DATA FATTURA. Are you referring to the Configurable List widget called DATI DELLA PRESTAZIONE?

You are able to limit selection by modifying the widget:

DATA FATTURA: date:dd-mm-yyyy:2020-2020
