I need to be able to identify the responses each user makes on my form

Hello, 

I need to be able to identify the responses each user makes on my form. Can each user login with a username and password and then fill out their form? 

What if they want to edit their form? is there a way they can go to their "own form" and edit and submit on a daily basis?

We do not currently support password fields on our forms due to security reasons. Unfortunately, many people would take advantage of such a feature to collect personal data from users.

You could identify their responses asking for specific information, such as email address, for example. But please let us know if that would not work for you for some reason, so we can try to figure out something else.

As for editing submissions, you can enable it for your form. Please check this guide for further information:
