Form "Banglore Hub Services" have the issue as shown in attachment, and it takes too long to submit the form

    We apologize for inconvenience. If I understand correctly, base on the screenshot image you shared, the issue was in the Mobile Forms app.

    Have you tried updating the app or re-install.

    Please check if the app is the updated version. If not, you will need to update the app first.

    There are so many reasons regarding the slow loading time issue. It could be due to internet speed, memory load, cache issue, network issue, etc. 

    I tested your form on my android device and it seems to load without any issues when submitting. Could you please let us know that you have this issue on which mobile devices? I mean phone details. 

    I also cleared your form caches to see if this makes any differences. 

    Please also note that you can clear your form caches on your own. You just need to go to your Account > Setting and click the Clear Cache button.
