Hello,
I am Valerie from Zeit für Brot in Frankfurt.
We already have an account here. But we don't have the password anymore. And the ones who have the login mail are not here anymore.
Is it possible to send us a new mail account that we can login again?

Hello Valerie,
What is the registered email address of the account? You can reset it if you still remember the email address.

I found at least two accounts registered under the domain zeitfuerbrot.com. They are all active I believe. The other account was downgraded per request through our support email.
You may want to ask your colleagues about it.

The account email address can be changed on the Profile page. You will need to log in to the account to change it. If the email addresses are disabled, you can ask your IT department to activate them. You can then reset the password, log in and update the account email address.

ts@zeitfuerbrot.com but I dont get the new login dates

Unfortunately, I could not find an account with the email ts@zeitfuerbrot.com.
We may be able to grant you access to the account, if you can provide proof that you are authorized to take over of the account.
Kindly provide the following for us to review:
1. Name on the card
2. Last 4 digits of the card
3. Type of card
4. Expiry date
5. Last transaction date
6. Last transaction amount
7. Email address associated with the card
8. Username / email address associated with the JotForm account
