My form exceeded its quota, so i upgraded my account but it still says it has exceeded.

    Hi,


    My form said it has exceeded its quota, so because i really need it, i upgraded my account to bronze. I have just tried it again and it still says it has exceeded its quota.


    Do i have to wait a certain amount of time for the quota to refresh or is this something you can help with?

    Hi,

    The form that you provided above is on a different account which is free. It is not on the account which you have upgraded, it is possible for us to move the form to the account which you have upgraded, but we would require you to make the request to move the form using the account on which the form was made.

    thanks for getting back to me, do i have to request to move the form from the account it was made on?


    If so, im assuming if i quote this bronze account details to move it to, it will be done?

    You are correct, the request for the form move needs to come from the account which is the form owner. We need to follow this procedure due to security reasons. Please make sure you let us know what forms you need to move (by providing the form URL or its name) and to what account you wish us to move the forms to.
