Unable to reset password.

    I have checked your logs, and the reset email has been sent to you. Can you please let us know have you received this email? Are you able to click on it? Do you get any error messages when you try to open it?

    These questions will help us to resolve your problem more efficiently.

    Yes, I got multiple reset emails. I click on the “Create New Password” after I entered the new password but nothing happen. I don’t know whether the new password was accepted or not.

    Do you think the login problem can be fixed within the next 20 minutes. I need to have JotForm opened by then.

    Hello @lindamkwilliams,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    After checking our records, it seems that the password reset email was sent to your email address linda.williams@atlantahousing.org more than 5 times today. Have you not received any of those emails?

    I do suggest that you take a look in your spam folder to see if any of these emails have perhaps landed there.

    Good Morning JotForm,
    Yes, I did received the all password reset emails. I use the link in the emails to reset the password but it didn’t work. There is a problem with the link. I used Google to log in instead.

    Can you please confirm that you were able to log in using Google instead?

    Please note that sent emails have a short time limit during which you need to click on the link. Also, once the new link is generated, the older ones are no longer valid, so make sure you always click on the newest link as soon as possible.
