Unique Submission feature is disabled, but user is still not allowed.

    Hello,

We are experiencing problems with users being unable to resubmit forms. The form I'm referencing is a food order form that is intended to be filled out multiple times. Initially, we were having issues with past submissions coming through as if they were new submissions. To resolve that, we changed the unique submission setting from "No Check" to "Check cookies only." Duplicate submissions are no longer coming through, but now some users are receiving an error message saying "only one entry is allowed".

I figured this new error derived from the unique submissions setting change, so I changed it back to "No Check". Unfortunately, users are still unable to submit the form more than once.

Is there a setting I can change to fix this?

We apologize for the inconvenience. I see both options are set to "No check":

So, it should allow them to resubmit the form. Please try clearing forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache

Also, ask your users to try clearing their browsers cache. Let us know if the issue persists.
