I can see that you already added a quantity box on each product:
This allows your users to select multiple quantities of each product then select another product.

Hi
Yes the user can select multiple quantities but what is not happen is when I have an offer
e.g the step up meals are 3 for £10 but I want it so they can select mix and match. Say 1 of each step up meal. The offer only shows of they select 3 of the same variety

I would suggest you to create one main product and add the variants as sub-products.
If you want offer a product with multiple variants and you want your customers to be able to choose many of them. Instead of creating a separate product entry for each variant, JotForm can automatically create sub-products for you by specifying, which option to base them from.
