I try and pull up the forms on my phone, but they don't work

I uploaded my form on my website with a Embedded code. But when I try and pull up the forms on my phone they don't work. Is there a way to make the form work through Smartphones?

Thank you for contacting us. Our forms are mobile responsive by default. Probably, there is a conflict with the embedding method. Please try embedding your form with the Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

If the issue persist, please share the URL of the web page where the form is embedded, so we can check further.
