    Hi,

Can you explain a bit more in detail what you are trying to achieve?

    Looking forward to your reply.

I'm starting my Psychotherapy business in Florida after moving from another state.  While I embrace Telehealth, I'm suddenly aware of the Hippo issues and all the office paperwork that I will need to get processed through the internet, including invoicing.

It seems like JotForm has this capability.  The treatment planning form is a long form that I need to do with each client that really stays with me.  The client doesn't sign.  Is that something I can create and generate for each client?

Does JotForm also deal with Hipaa compliant phone conversations with my clients?

Yes, you can create your treatment form with us. Then you can send it to your users, so they will be able to fill out and submit it.

In order to send the form to your clients, you can use our "Share on Email" feature. Here is the guide:

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

I have moved your second question to a separate ticket here:

I will reply to that ticket shortly.
