Emails not consistently sending

    Hi, We are using jotforms for our manufacturing leaders to submit requests for new jobs to be bid on. I have it set up so that the submitter gets a confirmation email when they submit. I am hearing from my leaders that they are not receiving an email every time a submission comes through. Only some of the time. 


    I am also experienceing this with a form used for Team Members to submit for time off. I will get an email here or there but not every time.

    Could you please get the IDs of the submissions where the notification failed? We will check the mail logs for those.

    In regards to the Autoresponders, must of them are set up to be sent a a later time:
