I did receive an email that my account was activated but when login it still does not
let into the site. Can you please look as this as soon as possible? Thanks and Much Appreciated Deanna Louveau

I did check your account "Arco" and did not find any issue with that. It is already active and you should not have any trouble.
Is this the account you are trying to login or you are trying to login to any other account? Do you get any error message when you try to login to your account?
