Sending multiple emails

I have been creating a form that I would like to email multiple people depending on what they flag. The problem is the only email, where it actually emails someone, that works is the first created email on that page. Is there a way around this?

If you're referring to the notification email and you want to send it to multiple recipients, unfortunately, that is not possible. The free account can only add one email recipients.
