Greetings,
If you want to merge two forms into one you can do this by using our Field Manager App:
https://fieldmanager.jotform.io/
You will choose two desired forms and copy fields from one to another.
Please check and let us know if you have any further questions.

I tried that and it worked. But then when I was checking the counterpart forms I imported, they're not all showing. The merged form is okay. It's showing all the questions etc. But only the first counterpart/equivalent imported form is showing up. Where are the rest? What I'm saying is, so when I clicked the preview PDF, it seemed like I only filled out the first form.
Thank you.

I assume that you are referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/build/201555067367054.
And I guess that these are the imported fields:
Using the FIELD MANAGER, you can only import fields from one form to another. However, it won't let you import the 'ORIGINAL PDF' from another form.
What I can suggest is to merge also the two PDFs manually, then re-import (the PDF) it to the combined form then map the imported fields to the second page of the PDF.

regdel450Replied on June 5, 2020 at 11:10 AMOkay. Will try that. In the meantime, is there a way to undo the merge? So I can just keep the originals separately. Or do I have to manually delete all the fields added from the added forms?
Thank you.

Hi again, @regdel450!
Kindly be informed that you can view and revert to previous versions of your form using Revision History.
You can revert back to any of checkpoints by selecting the desired one, then clicking on "Revert to this Version" button found on the "Revision History" page.I highly recommend that you read this guide for more information on how you can get this done.
I hope I have been of any help.
Should you have any further inquiries, we will be more than happy to help.
